Event area
When the mines were still active, they filtered groundwater here; now you party here until the sun rises again! Parties, weddings, small-scale festivals, but also flea markets, beetle days and exhibitions take place here. A special piece of industrial heritage!
Special event venues
The event area and the three pump buildings are located at a central spot in Schutterspark. Within walking distance of car park 1. In pump building 1 you can imagine yourself in western spheres, with colourful murals, balustrades, a party room and a street with nostalgic shop windows. A nice location for parties.
Walls of weathered concrete, a ridge 12 metres high. Pump building 2 still breathes the industrial atmosphere of its glorious mining past. With a surface area of 350 m2 and a stage measuring 12 x 6 metres, this theatre and music hall is a special location for a performance.
Pump building 3 is used as an exhibition space.
Schutterspark Events
